What would you do/think If George "Dubya" Bush refused to leave the White House and hold ons on the the stairs and the pillars outside, and cries while the secret service men ,who used to work for him, pulls him off the pillars. Then he falls, quickly hops to his feet and sprints into the La Casa Blanca and runs up the stairs into his old bedroom and lays on the bed. He starts caressing his bed and says "Oh where did I go wrong? I made this country better than it was before! (pause) I'm gonna miss yah darling...."*cries*??????????????

he gave himself the power to declare martial law in case of a national emergency see NSPD 51 under those terms.
he can call a national emergency in the event of a tree getting blown over by a strong wind
