I like adding some crunch with Sunflower seeds, and I would also like to second the vote for bacon bits. I have a pension for garbanzo beans/Chickpeas. If you keep going you can get all the food groups the proper representation.

BTW - Ditch Iceberg lettuce - It's only nutritional values are water and a hint of chlorophyll. Go with Red/Green or Romaine... The more diverse the leaf mix the healthier.

I would like Romaine lettuce, sweet red Italian onion, Roma tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette. Maybe some garlic croutons. Carrots and some cucumber, ooohhh and maybe some radishes, I haven't had those in a while, baby dill pickles and green olives stuffed with pimiento and bell peppers.

I love Sonics Salads, their Santa Fee Chicken, with honey mustard. :)

To an ordinary garden salad, add fresh chopped garlic, fresh ground pepper, coarsely chopped artichoke hearts, mushrooms and pumpernickel croutons. Use red raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
