I will cook the Thanksgiving dinner.

I will not contribute anything.Last year,my mom whined and griped that she didn't want to cook ANYTHING.She wasn't in the mood and didn't feel like cooking.So,being the good daughter that I am,(i have four brothers)I did EVERYTHING.I gave mom my Thanksgiving table cloth and cloth napkins and asked her to iron them for me and just set the table .I had to work that day,so I made everything ,considering my family's personal taste.I brought her the food the night before and all she would have to do was warm it and set the table.I made the sweet tea,Roasted the turkey,made dressing,mashed potatoes,corn,broccoli and cauliflower salad,pineapple carrots,white dinner rolls,wheat dinner rolls,fruit salad,cranberry sauce,and real butter(my oldest brother only eats butter),and even had turkey salt and pepper shakers for the table.When I got off work,i went to be with my family,and many of the foods weren't touched!My mother had gone and opened cans of this and that and had some nasty grocery store cole slaw on the table,many of my foods were in the fridge and untouched!My feelings were crushed,and i WAS ALSO SO MAD!And to top it off,she didn't even put the talbe cloth and napkins out.I will never do that again.I only cook for myself now.And if you think I am a BAD cook,you are wrong.I have worked in many restaurants and have learned a lot about cooking.

We are going to my sister's house and we're probably bringing the pies. And we'll probably buy the pies at Marie Callender's

I'm making the hash brown casserole, the chocolate swirl cheesecake, and I'm the designated cheese grater!! :-)
Also, I'm the one whose sent to the store when we need some ingredient that was forgotten to be be picked up during the thanksgiving grocery shopping.. (which always happens... ) :-)
