Depending on what the situation is. If he left her for a newer younger model I say you go girl. If it was just because they did not get along it really isn't fair.

When you don't have a pre-nup and you cheat on her a** knowing you have that much to loose, that's how.
His a** should have know better.........any fool who knows he won't be faithful to his wife (i.e. athletes, actors) and goes into the marriage w/out a pre-nup is an idiot who deserves to have his money taken! I can't hate..........
