If you live in the Valley, I would recommend Arizona School of Real Estate. They have quality instructors and a high percentage pass the exam on the first go around. It will cost you about $1000 to get your license and join a board, assuming you are getting into residential real estate. The classes can be taken in as little as 9 days - 90 hours are required and then 12 hours of renewal classes per year. For more real estate information go to www.marktait.com.

First things first.
Go to an EXCELLENT school so your chances of passing the test are good.
There is none better than the "Arizona School of Real Estate".
Next, "Hang Your License" with a company that provides TONS of training and offers a low monthly fee while you learn the business.
There is nothing worse than sigining up with a company that charges $300-900. per month and offers no training at all.
Look me up if you need anymore advice.
I can save you lots of mistakes in the beginning.
If you want to sit with me on an open house some weekend, let me know. I have a great open in Scottsdale I do every single weekend.
Good Luck

It's pretty much like any other state in the U.S.. You go to classes either taught by a big realty company, or you take them at a community college. Then you take your state exam to get a license.
Contact any realtor in community college either online or by phone in your area.
If you find a realtor who has classes, usually they're cheaper than a cc and the realtor will most likely offer you a job if you pass the course.
