I really like number one.
If its called Sunflower florist, then how about something that has to do with sunshine?
I'm sure there are many others that you could think of.

Sorry but I think they have all been used. And NOOFF but they all stink. Badly. What about (assuming the name of the shop is sunflower florist) something about always sunny with sunflower florist or somethinglike that

I like number 2...but you can shorten it (and use the contraction we've)....How about:
"We've got a flower for that."
