Free Radical he is dead died at age 2 it is funny to see people point the racist finger at me when I was starving and more qualified and had no family and low quality people were placed into work. You are funny to speak about things you do not know about.

Possibly. It may not end until after you've retired, though. It's not an easy thing to predict. The injustices that led to the civil rights movement existed for nearly a century before they were successfully addressed.

Not likely. Minority groups blatantly claim that their hatred of whites does not constitute discrimination because they are not in a position of power.
However, after thirty plus years of laws that were meant to equalize them, they are still claiming to be without any power.
As long as their is racial bigotry on the part of ANY race, there will never be true equality, and therefore there will always be discrimination at one level or the other.
I lost a job one time entirely because I am a white male. The employer even went so far as to put it in writing, but they still had to comply with the Affirmative Action laws. They lost my 2 years of experience, I lost my job, and an inexperienced minority got a job.
I don't allow it to bother me though, because as long as people like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are leaders in this country, there will always be hate towards my race. Since I can't do anything about it, I simply have to accept it. (for now)

Anyone blatantly trying to end it in these times is drinking political poison without an antidote.
...and talking about getting rid of it when Speaker Pelosi wants to put legislation before the House condemning the Turkish government for events that took place almost a century ago shows how much sense this country is making right now.
The older this country gets, the more childish the people seem to become.
We need adults in public offices.

Who is Rosie Parks??? I'm sure ROSA parks would be upset that inner city schools are crap and the schools in the burbs are nicer then most shopping malls.
EDIT...it's sort of funny to see you speaking of things you clearly don't know anything about either....I'm sure Rosie would think it was hilarious....Rosa too

Perhaps you aren't being discriminated against because of affirmative action. If your spelling and grammar are an indicator I'd say you probably aren't qualified.

Last time I checked racism had ended. Only those who wish to dwell upon it think it still exist.
