tough question. Including Tony Iommi really isn't fair because he was with Ozzy for Black Sabbath and Zakk and Randy with Ozz's solo albums.
I'll call it a tie between Randy Rhoads and Tony Iommi.
If it was between Randy, Brad Gillis, Jake E. Lee, Joe Holmes & Zakk (Ozz solo guitarists) I would say Randy Rhoads hands down but give Zakk and Jake an honorable mention because both are very good guitarists.
