True story. A former co-worker of mine got promoted to a position in Philly (she had been working and living in Pittsburgh at the time). She would drive home to Pgh. Friday after work, and go back to Philly late Sunday afternoon.
She had just bought a new PT Cruiser. One Sunday, after she had had the car for a couple weeks, she was eastbound on the Pa. Turnpike when she caught some movement out of the corner of her eye. She looked over and saw two rather smallish tarantulas (small for them) crawling out of one of the A/C vents on the passenger side.
It turns out that the car was assembled in Mexico, and aparantly, an adult tarantula had gotten into the works and laid some eggs inside the vent.
AAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!

In the shower. Because you may get so crazy trying to escape. That you break some glass. Which could result in worse injury than the Tarantula.

In your hair, in your bed, anywhere inside the house. We had one under our front porch stairs - living there. The hubby (brave soul) killed it. After that, I found out they can jump. God, I would have had a heart attack...even though I was a good 5 feet away.
