can somebody please tell me how to fix it i have EVERYTHING on there please it would really mean a lot thankx.

Download and Install either newer or same version --- after you have cleaned and fix registry problems!

Its got a virus in it i had the same problem with my explorer get an anti virus then ur computer that should do it!!
