The first test was clearly a positive result. Both lines were very clear (1 for negative, 2 lines for positive). The next morning I took the same kind of test, and I think it was negative. The first line was very clear, the second, indicating pregnancy, was barely visible.

And two positive tests probably means your pregnant!

you are definitely pregnant. you can get a false negative on pregnancy tests. and even though the line on the second test was barely visable it is still a positive result. as long as you can see something its positive. and it depends on the time of day you took the test, if you took the first one with your first morning urine then the result would be more positive then one taken later in the day. congrats. mommy of 3

If the second line is visible at all it's a positive. The darkness of it just depends on how concentrated the hormone is in your urine. Your urine may have been a little more watery than the day before. Check out http://www.peeonastick.com for pictures of positives, and you will see some of them the second line is almost impossible to see. Try again in a day or 2 with first morning urine.

You are pregnant, Congrats! Just to let you know it sounds like both test were positive. It doesn't matter how faint or dark the line is, if there are two lines then you are pregnant. :) And once you get a positve result, thats all that matters!

Wait a few more days to test. When you test use the Clear Blue Easy digital it will say pregnant or not pregnant clear as day. Good Luck!

Any visible line is a positive. False negatives are very common, but false positives hardly ever happen. Call your doc, or get one cause you're going to be needing care soon!

If the second test had a faint second line then it is still considered a postive since it was a line. Your best bet would be to go to the doctor and get a blood test done so you can know for sure.

Go get one at a doctor's office.
My wife took several tests and they call came back negative, when she was in fact pregnant. She had other symptoms of being pregnant and got a more definitive test done by a doctor.

I went through the same thing I even had a doctor tell me thier test came back negative and i wasent pregnant..lol...im almost 15 weeks now, just wait a week and try again I went through 4 test befor i got my answer : ) good luck !!!

the best thing to do is go the see the doctor and they will probably take a blood test to check for high levels of a hormone called beta HCG. if you have a high level you are pregnant if you dont you are not. a blood test is the most accurate way of telling if you are pregnant.
