No. that's why it's called the honesty box. If they sent it to you anonymously then you will not know. However Pink indicates it came from a female and blue it came from a male. Only if they reply to you (non anonymously) will you know who they are

i think thats the point of the honesty box, to tell someone what you feel without having your name attached, sorry i dont think so
