start ->run....type cmd then enter. At the prompt type 'ipconfig' enter...all the info you need is there....then just close it...

your best bet for doing this in on an IP adress site like http://www.whatismyip.com/ as typing msconfig will bring up an internal IP Adress which are used if you are connected to a router and sometimes even a modem.

go to ms dos and type "ipconfig" ths will show ur ipaddress and if u type "ipconfig/all" ths will show ur internet ip too
