M.E.N Arena - seating plan?

Hey guys, just a quick question, how good are the seats on the floor at front Block C and Row M? Worth £70 asking price or rip off? Please let me know asap!

Look on M.E.N Website. I think they are floor tickets about half way back from the stage depending on the seating plan. £70? Depends who you are going to see
