mammogram showed lymph nodes under armpit but there is no pain and no swelling. no way to detect digitally.?

My doctor said there is nothing to worry about and that he would recheck it next year. Should I still be concerned and/or see another doctor?

Yes, the lymph nodes can be felt with a physical exam and if there's a lump depending on the size it can be felt at that time.

Since you feel unsure about what your doctor has said I would recommend getting another opinion preferably from someone that does not share the same office of the doctor you currently see to see what they say.

First issues first, end annoying and notice a record. you're remarkable, lymph nodes replace in length frequently, despite the fact that, they shouldnt be painful anymore than somewhat tenderness. only see a physician, its demanding to tell what it must be devoid of blood tests and different diagnostic strategies that are obtainable to them.
