Well, I don't know what kind of build you have but slimming down can make you look more feminine. Running is a great activity for slimming down. You can then wear tight fitting clothes (I think that guys in tight clothes look girlie - but that just may be me).

So many of the styles these days are really androgynous. A lot of boys wear tight pants and tight t-shirts. Try that style out. Also, do not work out or lift weights, if you add muscle to your body you will look more masculine.
You should talk to your mom, have a serious discussion about how you feel. Do some research on gender dysphoria, which is a recognized disorder when people feel as if they were born into the wrong gender.
I think the only way you are going to be happy with yourself is when you can express who you really are, a girl.

Im afraid you just have to stick it out until your mum can accept who you are or you need to be yourself and change no matter what she might think. She will still love you. Take it slow though. I mean your only 15 (and im presuming gay?) and at your age this is a huge step. You could always change the style of you hair. Grow it long?? if it isnt already. If you want to feel more feminine on the outside then anything you do will be noticable. But whatever you do good luck!!!

It will be hugely difficult to make your body more feminine without your mum noticing. After all, isn't the whole point that you want to appear more feminine? And if you appear more feminine, then she WILL notice.
Talk to her. You have the right to express who you are! If you would be more comfortable being feminine, then she should be understanding of this. I would consider asking if she would come to counselling with you so you could talk through your thoughts and concerns with an impartial mediator to help you.
If you are unable to talk to your mum about it, and are concened about upsetting her by taking obvious steps towards femininity, then perhaps you could do more subtle things such as grow your hair and/or choose a feminine hairstlye, wear tighter fitting clothes (perhaps lingerie?) and jewellery.
I would also suggest doing things to make you feel feminine, rather than look feminine - such as taking scented baths, using lotions, face-masks etc.
I wish you all the luck in the world

You don't sound that straight but try these tips,
If you have wide shoulders and narrow hips it's going to be hard, just use as lot of moisturiser and dye you hair, most other fem-men use surgery and cross-dressing apart from that there's not much you can do. Everynow and then you could walk around holding your lower back and saying "I think I'm pregnant" that also helps

Wax all of your body hair, I think you can take supplements that will give you girl horomones, and dress cute in a way that would flatter your body. Find some girl with the same body structure and go off of that. That will be your best bet I think.

Have all your body hair either shaved or waxed, and aslong you have not got muscles or well built, then you should be fine in dressing up to look feminine.

Without your mom noticing.......................you don't nessacery have to shave your legs or put make up on. but your mom has to get used to the fact that you are how you are and she can't do nothing bout it. well you can pluck your eyebrows, wear prep clothes, beads, earings, paint your toe nails. just little stuff like that. you know. well good luck.
