Make sure the lugnuts are tight on that wheel. If so then check the pad and rotors. If the pads are good it's probably a warped rotor.

This is a sure sign that you need new rotors.Replace both front rotors and install new break pads at the same time. Sounds like a lot but not too big of a deal. This is normal wear and tear for any car or truck.
