Vowels, hmm here's a few off the top of my head:

Amerie, Adrianna, Avery, Ella, Elliot, Eva, India, Ocean, Olivia

I personal favorites are Amerie, Ella and India. I have a friend named India and she gets so many compliments on it (she isn't Indian). Ella isn't different, but it's beautiful and isn't too common now a days. Amerie is really different and but not crazily exotic. I think it's pretty.
