The truth is - they both matter a lot. If you truly care about people, you are very careful with both. a word spoken can never be withdrawn, neither can an action done. Words and actions can build or break. Which is why "you must not lie" is one of the 10 commandments, because people who do that abuse an invalidate the power of words. I have a poster I really like. "never tire of loyalty and kindness, hold these virtues tightly, write them deep within your heart". A person who is honest, kind and loyal is someone you know you can count on!

Hi!
I think words are really louder than actions because actions have no sound.
We can't have an opinion about two concepts which have completely different meanings and natures.

Some words are so poetic that they resonate through the ages but the immediate actions of individuals make the kind of changes that effect our lives forever.

"The Science of the Spoken Word," Mark Prophet, discusses this.

Also, "The Master of Lucid Dreams," Dr. Olga Kharitidi, "The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce?", Free and Wilcock, http://www.divinecosmos.com and "Men in White Apparel," Ann Ree Colton, are good.

best regards,

In a certain circumstance, words are louder than actions, such as in a debate.

I'm right, you're boring.

its only true if you hear with your ears and not with what they actually do. words can lie. actions tell the trueth even when faking it. their is always an element of truth in it.
