Yes. Both a pre-rinse and a mouthwash. Basically the mouthwash, if you get the right kinds, has the added flouride or, in some, Xylitol(a sugar that has been proven to actually help slow/stop damage already done to teeth) to help strengthen my teeth. Also, because your mouth is one of the first places susceptible to disease, so anything to keep me healthy is worth a try. Hope that helps.

yes, several times a day. I have braces and have to clean my teeth after every meal. but i use mouthwash anyway

Yep, 3 times a day along with flossing 3 times a day and brushing my teeth 3 times a day. And I am teaching my kids the same. Pretty, clean and white teeth are important!
