People are going to rip on the way your question is worded. You mean that it was declared a suicide instead of murder. But, anyway. This is just like people who say that Elvis isn't dead. Cobain was such a great mind and wonderful musician that it is hard to believe that he would kill himself. Same goes for Elvis. Elvis is dead, because he was a drug addict and he slowly killed himself. Cobain is dead because he had a drug problem, and decided to shoot himself. Any "evidence" that people say there is (amounts of drugs in system, location/position of gun, etc.) is all heresy. Only the people who were there know that information. Rumors are spread, and soon they become "fact", and all of a sudden he was murdered instead of committing suicide. I know it sucks that he's gone, but people with drug problems, too much money, and too much fame that they weren't looking for tend to be unhappy people who may end up killing themselves.

I guess that despite having that gaping hole in his head, he SHOULDN'T have been declared dead according to your logic. Oh, I know where you're going with this but do tell me? How come the police are buying into these bogus conspiracy theories? What proof are you even talking about? Do you even know? I doubt it because it doesn't exist. The simplest explanation is usually the most accurate. A depressed drug addict committed suicide, THE END.

One last note, murdered people have the entitlement to be declared dead as the ones who die of natural causes. Crazy huh?

The coroner said that it was a suicide and I'll go along with that verdict. After all, this was somebody who actually examined the body and said that all the evidence pointed to a suicide.

My only comment is to check out the liner notes in Slayer's "Undisputed Attitude". Inside is a pic of Kobain shortly after he offed himself. Pretty gruesome!

i've got all approaches concept he replaced into murdered... yet idk only because of the fact there replaced into no sign of suicidal concept does no longer advise he in no way had any... i know a few people who killed themselves (or tried) and that they seem to be the happiest people on earth. in any case nonetheless.. yeah all of it seems quite ****** up. i honestly think of it replaced right into a homicide set as much as look like a suicide.. yet i assume we will in no way know now :/ the element i hate the main is... ok i'm getting it Nirvana replaced into an ok band. If Kurt does no longer of gotten killed or killed himself.. the band does no longer be everywhere immediately.. i hate how artists abruptly are the main suitable MUSICIAN ALIVE precise whilst they die. like whilst they have good one hundred count style downs from the ninety's... Nirvana in ALL approaches #a million... and you and that i the two know for a actuality if he replaced into nevertheless alive it might of been another band as #a million... same element is going for M.J. each and every person made exciting of him daily after day.. yet precise whilst he died hundreds of thousands of people began claiming to be "M.J.'s #a million fan for existence! RIP BRO!" ok heavily.. you probably did no longer have one music of his on ure ipod until eventually after he died... people only disgust me. :D

Is discovering some elaborate conspiracy going to bring him back? The end result can't be changed, no matter how it happened.

I just enjoy the fact that he was found with such a dosage of drugs in his system that he'd have passed out long before he could have even injected that much.

Yes, I'm a believer in the conspiracy theory. :)
