The government never manufactured "government cheese" or any other foodstuff. That was part of the farm subsidy program. The government paid farmers to manufacture the cheese at set prices. The program was discontinued after the Reagan administration.

Jeebers... all the cheese and milk referrals... And that government doesn't control the market.

I know dozens of farmers who quit because of one farm our government built in California back in the 1980's. A farm that produces cheese, milk - dairy products... That literally permitted farms to belly up and go dry as a result.

Outside of that our government provides 'foodstuffs' to feed gullible morons imaginary bread crumbs 10-80 times a day.

Cows can be fenced-in and led by the nose and so can people.
The difference is cows are smarter than about half our population. They know when to jump out!

The government didnt manufacture cheese....... they simply bought up excess production to prop up prices...... for someone that constantly posts about government cheese...you know very little about it
