The native resolution of the plasma TV. So 1366 by 768.

Most computer resolutions like to be divisible by 8, so the closest VESA resolution is 1360 by 768. If you can tell the TV not to scale the image. It will look better to lose 3 pixels width down each side compared to a scaled image. (IMHO)

It depends on what the max resolution of your plasma is. All plasma's vary.

try any 16:9 ratios and see if they look good, some will have black lines on top and bottom, and some will be too large and not full screen will be displayed. so just try searching around.
