how can i find a satellite website (that can zoom in on an exact address) that is current within the last couple of months

This one is probably your best bet. But it isn't easy to use though.

You can't...and ignore everyone who is about to say Google Earth...those images can be a few years old.

Every website people are going to give you uses the same database of satellite AND aerial photography. You only get a recent picture if you get lucky.

Hi. Digital Globe has current images, but you would need a security clearance and a license.
