your 10 and you have to move in with a new step family that wasn't raised really good, and then your mom or dad argue with your step parent like everyday and you don't get along with the step kids and you feel left out all the time and your under constant pressure, then 8 yrs pass and your 18 but you don't live with your step family no more and your in college

Look back at your past and say, "this is what made me who I am today. I will live to better myself and work hard for a better life. That is not the life I want for myself or for my family and children."
Yes, bad experiences for you, but learn from them. You are a better person b/c of those experiences. Maybe you'll go into a field where you want to counsel or work with children in similar situations? Social work, counseling, psychology, maybe education? Good luck and take care!

You get a well adjusted child who has been forced to learn conflict resolution and understands that things are not always perfect.
You teach that child that in order to "grow up" or live in this world you have to learn how to adapt and over some all obstacles.
You life is the way you live it and what you make out of it. When life hands you lemons, make lemonaid.
