I highly doubt that you are going to tell a therapist anything that he/she hasn't heard before. But if you just need a friend who isn't part of your everyday life, and nonjudging email me. ~ Nichole

First off everyone makes mistakes. Dont feel bad and think that you are going crazy because of it. You are just a person. Everybody makes mistakes and if that is the case i should be seeing a therapist too. Really but maybe really all you need is just a friend to talk to and somebody to actually listen but talk back to you let you know what they think. Thats all a therapist is. Maybe a lil bit smarter. Good luck

Just call and say you'd like to schedule an appointment with a therapist. Most hospitals can put you in contact with a counselor, or you can ask around for a good one. Universities also offer free counseling, given by their graduate students. Don't be afraid to talk to a therapist. We all have issues we need to deal with. Not enough of us seek this help. Best wishes to you.

Well if you tell us we could help, but if your too upset about it or embarrassed then call a therapist. Explain what happened and they can help you. We can't answer for you since we don't know what the situation is. Good luck!

I would reccomend the therapist route. You are a smart girl to seek assistance if this is going to affect your stability. Or you can e-mail me I make mistakes too and am willing to listen.

I've been to counsellors before for various issues. It's not as scary as you think! Therapists are people who just want to help others, and they look forward to getting to know new people and helping them with their problems. Trust me, once you make the call, you'll know what to say, and the counsellor will also help walk you through it.

You don't have to explain to a therapist why you want an appointment - just call and say you need counseling. They are used to hearing all sorts of problems.

Or if you just want to vent, you can always choose a stranger and email to your heart's delight.

Do you have any friends that you trust?

A minister or a priest may help.

Call a therapist- they will know how to talk with you.

Just you asking this question makes me think you have lots of problems and you should talk to a therapist right away.
