It's 'Here's Johnny!' and is originally from the Johnny Carson Show but is usually used as a reference to the movie The Shining when Jack Nicholson's character hacks through a door with an axe.

The announcer of the Johnny Carson late night show was thinking of a way to announce him. It was the first show ever and he didn't know what to do. Finally he decided to do "Herrre's Johnny!" and ever since then it's become a cultural thing.
