I swear it's been off and on for the last month. Why won't it stop twitching? Do you think it's because of stress?

Potassium deficiency--eat a banana!
For the longest time my mother swore her left eye twitching meant there was going to be a death or tragedy in the family. The chinese also believe the upper right eye twitching is a sign of good luck--but all that's just superstition!

That used to happen to me, but one eye would twitch every so often & sad to say yes, it is from stress. So just try to take it easy & relax. Good Luck O=) Maybe time for a vacation??

Mine do it all the time too. Sometimes it's cause of stress but sometimes if I eat a banana it helps not twitch as bad. I don't know why my mom's a nurse and she told me to do it =D

most likely it is due to stress. our body does some weird things when it understress. my hair falls out and i i gain weight. When im really tired my eyes twitch. i hope this was helpfull for you.

Do you take Benedryl or Tylenol PM? There's an active ingredient in them that make me twitch.

thats okay i had it for about 3-4 days and it was gone, its because i havent had enough sleep and ive been on the computer and tele too much but if it still doesnt go then see the doc. it could be stress. relax.... have a bath!

I really think its stress you know. I had that sometime ago and it stopped after a couple of months.

i get that all the time. it could be stress or lack of sleep. or too much sleep.
i'm an insomniac, so when my eye doesn't twitch.. that's when i start to worry ;)

ha! I actually have a similar project! i became into all worried and asked my mom. She suggested i might have air in it...it made me lol cuz maximum mexicans affiliate that and ear problems with air being in it. never heard it from somebody who isn't mexican haha properly, i'm hoping it is going away quickly! I even have been under pressure and have not slept properly...
