Depends on the situation. When required at work, yes. In my personal life, everyone I know are leaders so we take turns on whose leading.

I am the leader most of time, i have this sense in me, and when i leave them the leadership, sometimes they ask me again. A lot of times i hate it, but when i like it its wow.

At times coz my Boss can be so pushy...
she's like :
come here , help !! can you travel with me ...can we go this weekend for work in another city /shooting photos for the Next collections ...such like that ......
so you can see how she can drive me so crazy to follow her in terms of work
But with friends , it doesnt happen all the time ...but when i had a Boyfriend i used to follow alot of what he used to say ...eg:
come tomorrow we go for a movie
or
we go somewhere for fun etc
