Go to Government and Politics, immagration. or religion.
Those are the two worst ones in the whole yahoo answers community!!
I've had contacts complain people in P&S only get best answer due to popularity but I only think thats because questions get millions of answers. I like poills and servays but I don't answer much to keep my rate up. still not much.
