Hello! I think a gift certificate for a massage would be great or even a manicure or pedicure. These are relaxing and takes stress away. I'm sure she would enjoy any one of those. Depending on where you live it should well be under $50. Be sure to write on the card a big Thank You. Appreciation that is recognized is priceless. Hope this helps you. ----Sheriee

what about a gift certificate for a house cleaning service? I'm not sure how much they charge, but I know I'd like something like that! or a gift card to a restaurant and a nice bottle of wine, gift cards in general are always good gifts. I like the spa idea. I like to just keep my eyes peeled for good deals in the store ads or in the clearance sections, you can find some much stuff. I make baskets of goodies for people, like movies and books, candles, cooking mixes, whatever I find that I know they'll like. I got my mom this cool scrap booking kit from Sam's Club, it was only $50 and has all the equipment for a whole book.

What kind of decor does she prefer? You can go to Plow and Hearth and find some nice things there- from furniture to lamps to throws.

Pottery Barn has some nice things, too.

Doe she have a fireplace? You can buy some things for the fireplace- including special logs (scented), fireplace screens or candles.

There is a nice place in Ohio's Amish Country called Wendell August Forge. They make some very nice pewter items- plates, ornaments, etc. Some are very reasonably priced.

a nice blanket to go on her couch or a basket of assorted fruits. I always give my fiance's sister a basket of lotion from bath & body, she loves that or a basket of candles from yankee doodle.
