cause your production of hormones is lower, you should have a different diet a healthier one; and make more exercise and if you don´t have any activity you shoudl start by now if you don´t want to have a big gain weight.

Good luck! ;D

Your hormones are getting revenge for all the crap you put the through over the years.....

Seriously, it is probably hormonal. It doesn't necessarily have to be linked to your thyroid. Try getting your cortisol levels checked out. If you have too much, that can cause weight gain to. It's a weight loss drug, I know, but too much cortisol makes you fat for no reason. It's why a lot of weight loss pills don't work on fat people!!! Those pills only work on people who are a little bit overweight.

Anyway, there are a lot of reasons. Try going to an herbologist or an accupuncturist. Or taking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar three times a day....

There are allot of reasons. Simple hormonal changes, lack of energy, eating to much because of mood swings. It seems to hit us right about the time we enter meno, and if we don't catch it sooner than later, the weight just loads on. Start walking more , eating better and change your exercises routine. Add a few more cardio, and more fat burning things. Lower your intake of high fat high caloric foods. It isn't just you. it is world wide, menopause hell we all go through.

You need to exercise a little more than normal. And ask your doctor about changing your diet. After menopause a womans body stores fat differenly and excessivley. Also research what kind of hormone pills he/she put you on and find out if they are known to cause weight gain.....

You might have to have your thyroid gland checked again. This sucks, but some of it is hormonal! We women get so screwed in regards to hormones! They make us cranky, fluctuate most of our lives.......
Pay attention to your body. It is more important than ever now to eat a heart healthy diet!
Good luck to you!

When boredom, depression, or stress causes cravings, find a nonfood way to fulfill them such as going for a walk, calling a friend, getting a bath, reading a book, or even doing some yoga.
