Don't we ever learn?!; this is an NUCLEAR REACTOR, not a bus...?

Is this more of our lax mentality when it comes to criminals in general, or more absurdity displayed by the FBI? Was 9/11 so long ago, that we are about to ignore whatever violations there are to our security, and live through something similar again.

While they could recklessly charge forward answering your battle cry of string him up they can then lose the case in federal court and guarantee the guy can NEVER EVER be tried for the crime again.

Are you secretly trying to ensure the guy gets off Scott free?
