$7.50? Are they delivering it by Singing Telegram? That is weird. I'd say forget em, good riddance, and look towards finding a better way to make a living in the future. Congratulations on getting rid of that crappy job!

What?!?! This is not right of them to do something like this. Double check with your state's employment rights. Google this information or ask an Employment Lawyer in your area.
I've never heard of a company charging you 7.50 to mail your last check or to clock out before using the bathroom. If this is not the law in your state report them to the Better Business Bureau or have them investigate the matter for you.
That sucks, I wish you lots of luck with that.

No, this is not legal, unless you take 15 minutes to use the bathroom and you use the bathroom 15 times each day. Also, I would just go and pick up my check to save the hassle. It only costs 41 cents to mail a check so $7.50 is way steep.

No they cannot charge you to mail your pay check! Also, you are entitled by law to bathroom breaks. Check your employment contract but in the mean time you need to find another job and report your employer to the labor board.

I have never heard of a charge to mail the check. Also, depending on how long your shift is, you're usually entitled to a paid break (e.g. going to the restroom).

I don't know your state law, in Ohio you have to take a 30 min break to be clocked out for it
