What their heart desires.
Some would want to have an education, get into the right school, have a break to actually get a real vacation, retire after a whole life of working a bad job, justice, freedom, get better, save a forest, save a tree, get into a better paying job, etc.
Some wishes are more difficult, and even impossible.
Cure for life threatening illness, to hug and to talk to some relatives and beloved lives not with us in the physical realm anymore, real justice, the removal of cruel people, world peace?

Many people wish that they had a money and the finer things in life. From my perspective, the best wish I could grant would be good health. Although death is unavoidable, it can be put off. People with terminal illnesses never get a real chance to live. Yes elderly people get terminal illnesses, but what about the younger people? What about that 5 year old who always wanted to own her own stable, but she can't because the doctors say she'll be dead next year? And what about that 31 year old woman who always wanted children until she found out she'll be long gone before she's even 5 months? These are the lives I'd want to make better. If I could, I would make everyone whose sick and unwell, healthy. Many people say that if people don't die, the world will be overly populated. What about the people who never really got to live? The average life span of a human being is 75. Some people never even make it to 35! Some never even make it to 10 years old. Just think, you go to the doctors office one day for a regular check-up. They tell you they've found something and you go to the hospital and learn you only have a few months, maybe years to live. It's scary and most of all, unfair. All in all, good health is a blessing. People take it for granted, but not I. If I had the power, we'd all be healthy.

We asked and she answered (still the best one we have gotten) “back massage please” wa la wish granted.
Moral of the story when asking another for a wish keep it small and you’ll be more likely to get it.
