If you ALMOST had sex, then you DIDN'T have sex. Meaning, you're still a virgin. If he penetrated you and broke your hymen, you're not a virgin anymore.

If the hymen is ruptured, you are technically not a virgin.
You could have done that with a number of things.
If you haven't had sex, you are emotionally and physically a virgin.
