whats the number you call to call the person that called on a retricted number?

Someone called me on a restricted number so isnt there a number you dial to call the person back to see who it is?

i have heard that if u call 411 they can give you the number that called u.
but it will cost you like $1.50 to call 411

usually *69, but that generally doesn't work on a cell phone, it is only for landline phones. i would try the 411 like the first person said.
