Yes, but I do not trust them because I had to call the ambulance, diet pills has caffeine in them and Tea is the only drink I drink, so combining the both made my heart rate increase which made me panic, causing a panic attack so I dont use it anymore

Yes,
though found that reducing portions and eating more salads, worked much better with an increase in activity, to remove the pounds.
As reducing calories in an of itself, just doesn't get the job done, since the body goes into "survival mode" and adjusts the metabolism to match the reduced intake. Which just makes it harder all around to shed the pounds, and by and large diet pills are just plain bad.
Slightly smaller meals, and slightly increased exercise, work in the long run, and longer term, than any "roller coaster" of feast and famine.
Once gained 100 lbs, over the course of a year, went from stand up work, to sit down, without changing my caloric intake, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas eh, were very, very good to me that year in the respect of bad calorie intake,
Switched to a stand up job, and quit going to the all you can eat places, and substituted a salad for one platter sized meal a day, lost 75 lbs in two months, lots of sweat, and lots of water. Not recommended for anyone not used to a very high degree of physicality. And as always, before pursuing any diet and / or exercise program, consult your physician first.

You name it, I tried it! In teen years it was black beauties,RJS's, then yellow jackets, dexatrim, and on & on.
My worst choice of diet pills?
Those darn phen-fen ones that left me with heart damage (mitral valve prolapse I think it's called) that will one day require surgery to repair it.Sure I lost 85 lbs then, but it wasn't worth it in the long run if I die from it.
