I agree with you. Anyone who calls her a Communist or a Socialist is clearly ranting and displaying his/her ignorance.

Anyone who calls Hillary Clinton a "socialist" or "communist" is either completely ignorant of the meaning of those terms, or a liar, or both. In other words, a Republican.
I sometimes wonder about rightwingers who are so far off the deep end that everyone, including moderates and other rightwingers seem "socialist" by comparison.

No I don't stop reading because I think it's too funny. The lack of insight cracks me up and I enjoy a good laugh.
In THEIR view anyone who is left of An Coulter herself is a communist.
I don't agree with your characterization though I do understand the reasons behind the claim Hillary is Republican light. It has roots in reality though again I don't agree. In my view the Clintons are definitely more progressive and better for America.
Hillary is pragmatic first and yes often that means she will not push for real change or fast progress but they( she and her husband) do try. The Republicans are right wing reactionaries, not the same at all
You could say the Clintons might not be good enough but the Republicans are bad period
The vision of conservatives on Hillary isn't rooted in reality like a lot of conservative views nowadays unfortunately.
American conservatism has grown into a cult.Everyone is out to get them and everything that's not slanted to the far right is liberally biased.
Science, truth and facts are all less important than the ideology. Everyone who distracts from the Divine path becomes an enemy and part of the evil outside world.
The few conservatives who are smart and courageous enough to make up their own mind are immediately labeled as traitors or RINO's
It's good to see more and more Americans waking up and realizing they can't take conservatism serious anymore until it rids itself of this cultist spirit

There's a difference between socialism and communism. Hillary is not a communist, but she is a socialist. I defy you to show me any position she's taken that contradicts that reality. Socialized medicine, expansion of social benefits for children of upper middle class families, using federal tax money to finance an expansion of education and healthcare into the upper middle class.
As for the George Bush clone, you may be right. That's a problem I've always had with George Bush. He's not conservative.
But the fact that someone was Republican once in their life, 40 years ago, does mean that they agree or identify with any conservative issue today. Winston Churchill once said, "If you're not a liberal when you're young, you have no heart. If you're not a conservative when you're older, you have no brain." Apparently Hillary had no heart when she was younger and has no brain now. That Churchill was a pretty insightful guy!
Vote for the woman or not, dude, I don't care. But the woman is a classic socialist and denial on your part won't change that.

The flood gates of her previous, particularly questionable antics bordering on overt 'unlawful pastime' commencing from commute - Gate to all forms of sordid data approximately overlaying the various Bimbo Eruptions by potential of her Hubby will overflow the gutters and sewers! the female is a sham ... and approximately as familiar by using fact the Bubonic plague, she's working on uncooked, unbridled ambition! Pres. John McCain and vice chairman Mitt this is inevitable. Rudy for legal professional everyday or fatherland protection and Huckabee as Senate Chaplain ???

The people who say that are the same ignorant people who say she killed people. (For Mayor Quimby et al: it's an urban legend. Stop clinging to it.)
These people use "liberal" as an insult, claim that all "libs" are communists/socialists/atheists/gay/anarchist/whatever.
I doubt they actually know what "communism" or "socialism" actually mean. Wasn't the Red Scare finished in the 80s, anyway?
Personally, I won't vote for her, but it's because I disagree with her political stances and her willingness, like many politicians, to rely on misinformation.
(And I'm often labelled "liberal," and I know that communism doesn't work with more than a dozen people - and socialism never works.)

Not always. I'm a socialist, and she is not. Her positions are closer to neoliberalism and neoconservativism than to socialism.
Socialism doesn't mean government control (anarchism has historically been considered a form of socialism) and government control doesn't mean socialism (Fascism, corporatism, latifundism, etc. have historically been considered forms of capitalism).

I read all of these communist accusations and wonder how I was transported to the 1950's. Is communist still a dirty word? Also, she isn't a communist.

Since Republicans don't have any rational reasons why someone should not vote for Hillary Clinton, they have to just make things up.
Hillary Clinton is about as moderate as they come. Some people on the left do not like her because they want someone more to the left. Republicans don't like her because they know she would win against any of their candidates. Plus, they are tired of democratic administrations being more successfull than Republican administration. They would rather lead America down the toilet than to follow a Democratic president to peace and prosperity again.
They hate us for our freedoms.

Yes, I am tired of hearing that the Democrats are really socialists. I have no intention of voting for her, either.
And she was a member of the Young Republicans group in her college years.
