Do you throw all your worries out the door when it comes to family and Holidays? Or is it the opposite?

I want to know what everyone thinks themselves, because I seem to worry. Not on purpose. Society has hurt my head about nutrition.

Eh well I hate my body and myself in a way but not because of "society" if you had your dad call you degrading names such as a whore or a slut you'd feel a little self conscience too.

Thank god I found tennis and golf without it I would be more flabby then usual.

So on Thanksgiving i eat what I want but in small portions. Not because I'm worried of how much weight I'll gain because I don't wanna get sick and then spend the rest of the evening in the bathroom struggling to poop. Of course I can't help myself and do pile my plate and eat a lot. But hey it's the holidays that's what they're about. Getting together with family, being thankful, and eating.

On Thanksgiving, I throw caution to the wind and enjoy the meal I work so hard to prepare. As Thanksgiving is a time of memories and a time to enjoy family, it is also a time to enjoy the bounties of the table. I try a little of everything, but always go back for seconds of dressing, gravy, mashed potatoes and of course turkey. Then in the evening, I have to have that cold turkey sandwich. It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without it.

Don't worry about what you eat. Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful for the abundance we have. Enjoy spending time with loved ones.
My family makes all the food items we normally avoid the rest of the year - maccaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, and deserts! Lots of pies!
Sit back, unbuckle your pants, and have a great Thanksgiving!

I enjoy the time I have with the family, on Thanksgiving and the rest of the year. That's 365 days of being thankful for what I have,... not what I do not have.

Eat what I want, I let loose and pile the plate.
Once when I was about 3 we were having a Thanksgiving dinner, and all I wanted was "pork and beans." I had my head on the table sobbing. My mom thought it was soo funny, since there was so much food.

I eat whatever I want every day of the year. Thanksgiving and Christmas are no different.

I eat what I want at family meals. I think it is offensive to the host if you dont at least eat a little bit of everything. It is important to watch what you eat but it isnt going to hurt anyone to splurge once in awhile. If you like something, eat it in moderation. Life is to short to constantly count calories!
