no longer in easy terms do those money advance (payday loans) places no longer record to credit bureaus or help your credit, they value expenses of activity in the 600+% selection. while you're short this week, you would be even shorter next week once you pay the activity. decide some different thank you to get the money. Paying previous due expenditures on your costs could be greater less costly than payday loan activity. possibly your business enterprise provide you an advance on your pay. or you are able to sell some thing to come back up with the money.

Just tell them exactly what you said here. If they don't leave you alone tell them straight up to quit calling you or you will call the police and file harrassment charges against them. If they still don't leave you alone file the charges. You will have a good case.

just tell them the truth. you had no knowledge of her giving your number as a reference. you also have no knowledge of her whereabouts. you would like for them not to call you anymore. (it would really help if you had an alternate number for them to call, perhaps one of her relatives, or her number)
good luck.

You have had no transactions with them so it is only a wrong number and if they keep calling report them as harassing you to the police. It will stop

tell them the truth. you dont know where she is. that this is your cell phone number. you can even go into the place to prove it.
they cant hold you responsible for her actions. the police could question you to her where-abouts, and to prove the cell is yours though, so dont shred all your bills.

you could tell them that but that doesn't mean that they will stop calling you. sounds like a pain in the butt, but your gonna have to change your number. just remember that it's not as bad as having them call you everyday looking for her because she's not paying them back!

Just tell them that they have the wrong number as the one they called does not belong to "Mary Lou Scum". No need to get further involved.

Just tell them you don't know where the person is. If SHE took the loan and you weren't involved, you can't be charged for it.
