Personally I think with the contract between Smackdown and ECW they are setting up a combination of those two shows to compete with Raw. This would explain why the Cruiserweight Championship hasn't has a holder since Hornswoggle, they're just setting up for the ECW Title to come over to Smackdown.

i think they should, they could really strenghten ECW too, imagine Mysterio and Umaga going to ECW! HBK going to Smackdown! So many possibilitys, but i think if they do have a draft, they should make sure that people STAY on there own brand, otherwise its pointless.

I don't know. I feel they may be considering ending the brand extension and letting everyone be on the same show like back in the day. They really need it especially for smackdown.

the rosters keep mixing up because its survivor series. so they will have a few of that match type at the pay per view. thats the only reason i think.
