Where do you live? If you have a local safety kleen you can dispose it there. Check this website http://www.earth911.org/master.asp?s=ls&serviceid=135&cat=9

Post that info on freecycle.org. Say how much paint you have and that you want it out of there before the weekend. You will typically get more email replies than you have paint for which lets you make a waiting list if the first person doesn't show up promptly.

Call your city hall;it can be used for community projects and to cover graffiti.
A company i once worked for had 250+ gallons,I called the local police department and they were thrilled to get it.

You could be a good citizen and re-stripe the highway in your city. Seriously, you can call your local city hall and they would know of a place to dump it.

If it is in good condition I would take it to a re-store / habitat place. Or call a contractor who might could use it as primer or something.
