Yes, $150 is much reasonable for renters insurance. Deal with an insurance company's who has a high financial rating.
I also recommend you to visit http://rentersinsurance.nightbirdssolutions.com or http://rentersinsurance.nightbirdssolutions.com/quotes.html which provide fair renter insurance with necessary coverage

The premium is reasonable; take a life lesson and read the policy and the coverages before you make the purchase. Some things to look for: http://www.insuranceyak.com/renters-insurance-get-what-you-need/
I didn't see loss-of-use coverage listed above, make sure you get that and also insure your stuff at replacement cost.
Also, note the level of service you get from the agent you're purchasing from; this is usually a good indicator of the level of service you'll get if you really need them. Good luck.

If I very own a house and not utilising a a loan i'm able to get a renters coverage particularly than house proprietor coverage. this is a slender area of interest, e.g., a run down abode it quite is uninsurable by using undesirable maintenance. the possibility to the coverage organisation is the comparable the two way, i.e., guiding principle occupied or proprietor occupied.

Yes, this is a much better rate than I had as a renter- I was paying about 180 a month for similar coverage and I had the best deal of all my neighbors!

That is reasonable. One of the apartments in my complex had a fire and you wouldn't believe how many people lost everything. Even those whose apartment hadn't actually burned were destroyed by smoke and water damage. $150.00 a year is nothing compared with what you've got to lose.

I work for an insurance company and yes that is a very reasonable price. Make sure that if you have any high ticket items to add these as a rider on your insurance (ie. jewelry, coin collections, antiques, etc.)
Get the insurance. If anything happens it will protect you.

That's an appropriate price for renter's insurance. You might find something a bit less expensive, but not a great deal less.

Sounds pretty reasonable to me. Last year I had an annual premium of $350 but we have a lot of stuff ( family of three) and additional jewelry riders.
