Girl I am the same exact way. I can't leave the house unless I'm wearing makeup and looking decent. My friends talk about me b/c of this , but I just don't feel comfortable otherwise. The least makeup I will leave my house in would be foundation, eyeliner and lip gloss. And that's just for a quick trip. Otherwise, it's mascara and everything else. You're not alone. :)

Note: From what I've read it seems ppl equate makeup with looking like a clown or something. There is a way to wear makeup that looks natural, as it evens out your skin tone and accentuates your natural beauty. Nothing wrong with that ppl. Just gotta know how to do it.

If I'm going out somewhere nice, like dinner or a club, I'll wear make-up, but if it's just to university or to the shops I won't bother. I'm not trying to pick up or impress anyone. The difference between wearing it and not isn't huge, in any case, and nor do I use a lot - just a thin coat of foundation and some blush.
My boyfriend doesn't care either way. I think he prefers without, because he can touch my face without worrying about wrecking it, and he finds lipgloss horribly sticky.

honestly I always leave without make-up on. My boyfriend doesn't seem to mind and you face is free from all the make- up, I dont care what anyone else thinks yes I do like to look good, but who cares. Really? You see someone at the store are they really going to go home and say eww did you see that lady with out make up... and if they do oh well they will forget in an hour anyway

I NEVER wear makeup. It isn't because of some feminist reason and I don't have anything against makeup or those who wear it... It is just because I don't like the to put it on. And my boyfriend doesn't mind at all- he prefers me make-up-less. Isn't it strange - women who wear makeup all the time go one day without makeup and their faces look all washed out? But women who don't wear makeup don't seem to have that problem. It is just not a habit I want to get into.

I hardly ever if never wear make-up outside. I do have a good complexion I don't see why I should hide it under a layer of blush, eyeshadow and mascara. I never feel like I have to make myself up in order to look nice. My boyfriend doesn't care at all. He thinks I'm absolutely beautiful without it.

Sure. I often go out in public without makeup on. As long as I'm showered and presentable, I don't care. Makeup is unimportant to me. I wear very little of it, most of the time. My husband goes with me regardless if I'm wearing makeup or not. He thinks I'm attractive either way. He's not embarrassed of me. He's not shallow.

Never again. One time I thought I was gonna run in and out of the grocery store for eggs and milk I ran into everybody and their mother.........who allllll felt like having the conversation of a lifetime. The next time I did it, somebody commented on "how different I look". It's not about vanity at all, it's about not grossing people out!

My face has finally cleared up to where I don't have acne so in fact I will if I am just going out to the store. But, I always wear makeup to work.

I only wear makeup for special occasions. I go out in public all the time without it.

Would any man accompany me without makeup?
