Yes please! I think anybody who does not want to legalize it should study the results of legal drugs like alchol,and cigarettes,then compare them with the statistics on marijuana use.Illegal sales are the largest percentage of prosecutions,yet no one seems to be able to see if it was legalized,and yes,Taxed,it would kill black market sales.And provide a source of tax revenue.I've used it for a long time and i am healthy,secure and retired from a professional consultants group.

NO. And in all fairness you probably did no longer state that marijuana use will surely bring about use of different greater durable drugs which contain cannabis,acid & coke to call some. you won't have the skill to OD on Marijuana,despite the fact that it does kill off recommendations cells. THC is derived from the marijuana plant and given to sufferers in pill and/or liquid frorm,no longer smoked in a joint. If yer gonna state information,state em all,no longer a chosen few.

Should be taxed and regulated just like alcohol and tobacco. So much tax money is spent on policing and incarcerating petty marijuana use that our country would save literally hundreds of millions of dollars every year if marijuana was treated like the minor drug that it is. Thousands of "criminals" would be out of jail and back with families and contributing to society instead of draining us for their petty use of dope. The effects of alcohol are arguably way more dangerous, yet it is legally available to anyone over 21 in dangerous quantities.

Yes.

I've been smoking weed since I was 15. I'm 20 now and finally quitting... but I still think it should be legal.

But it isn't going to happen. How is the government going to make money from it? Anyone can grow it in their closet or backyard with no problem. Why drive to the store and buy taxed weed when I can get it across the street cheaper?

Yes, I think they should legalize marijuana use and start the prohibtion of alcohol again (really). I've never seen anyone in a violent rage after smoking pot--people do stupid things while high but not violent things. I really think it would cut violent crime down. Really.

Yes, for several reasons;
-Law enforcement has enough to do without wasting resources chasing/prosecuting/jailing pot heads
-It's a major cash crop, for intoxication, for industial raw material, and as a food crop.
-Tax opportunities (revenue streams for the govt) are nearly limitless
-Easier to control the general population when they are to stoned to care & be motivated to defend their essential liberties.
-De-funds a chunk of criminal activity.

Yes, legalize it.
I have never smoked it, believe it or not. Could never figure out why people deliberately inhale smoke.
