yes you both can have your name on the deed and make sure that does happens. It is security for both of you just in case things do not work out. the only reason not to have your name on the deed. married or not is if you are self employed and have personally signed for anything in your business. that way, should your company be sued they can not touch the house,or land

Yes you can, Make sure you are extremely sure you two want to do this because there have been many issues with unmarried couples and signing a deed. Friends, for that matter, fall under the same category.

You can hold joint title if you wish. However, I recommend that you also generate an agreement as to how this property might be disposed in the event that your relationship sours. When married, divorce laws cover such distributions of property. For the unmarried, it's a crap shoot unless you have a prior legal agreement signed.

If you don't love each other enough to get married, don't buy property together. Half the time it is easier to get a divorce than to settle a refinance/sale when one person doesn't want to cooperate.

however u shouldn't.
u are entering a partnership with no legal standing. when she move u'll be holding a large bag of dirt and debts.
got great lasvegas odds on how this works out.
