False, wanting to deal with a group of people because our morals don't match theirs, does not make you a neocon. I honestly don't think you know what a neocon is then.
If that is the case, then our actions in Kosovo would have made everyone a neocon.
Or, a desire to take action in Rwanda (then), and Dafur (now), would make you a neocon.
