I would like to take this moment, to honour the avocado!
It's green on the inside - sometimes on the outside!
It looks slighty disgusting - like something you wouldn't want to eat. But alas - the minute the green, smooth and squishy mass hits the tip of your tongue, you hear angels singing!! It's salty - but yet sweet, it's fat - but yet healthy, it's conservative (!) but yet, nothing starts a party like guacamole!!!
Let's hear it for the avocados!

I so agree. I love avacados. They can make or break any salad, sandwhich or meal.
Enjoy, even though they are fatty, there are many benefits to both your body and taste buds.
I eat a few a week.

I was just getting ready to fix lunch... Avocado -kiwi - lime salad with cottage cheese.

I love the taste..unfortunately they make me feel like someone shot me in the stomach when I eat them..it is too bad because they really are great..especially fresh in guacamole!

Mmmm. I love avacados. I love avacado sandwiches. My favorite shop that used to make them got washed away in Katrina, but my husband has learned to recreate the hearty goodness. They go great in salads as well. You can never have too many. Thank you, avacado for being so awesome!
