I know there are tons of questions on this subj. but the answers are giving me mixed ideas. i took a pregnancy test 10 days after i had sex, just out of being paranoid because me and my husband are not yet ready for kids. it said i wasn't. My period is never regular and i normally always have vaginal discharge...ALWAYS. before my period, after my period...etc. My mother had the same thing. A little over a week ago it stopped (this is why i took the test) then it came back.
Its around my period, i think, but instead of a normal period. it was VERY light pink color. I called my pregnant friend for her opinion, but she thought her spotting was her period so it wasnt much help. ive heard there is a BIG difference between your period and spotting ( spotting doesnt require a liner at all??) I thought i was starting to have a normal period because the flow was more, but its all light brown dicharge...and some light pink watery....stuff...=) help?

implantation is spotting and only last a day or two, its possible that thats what you have. wait another couple days then test again.

It could be either. Different people do differently take another test, and even if it is negative, if you don't start within a week, go to your OB/GYN and get a blood test. My friend Di has three kids and never did come back positive on the home tests, even the one she did as a joke at like 5 months. The first test I took with my 2nd kid was negative, I just took it too soon.

Spotting is anything that doesnt fill a pad. When you're on your period you change your pad during the day because its nasty and full and needs changing.

Freaking out about thinking your pregnant, not wanting to be pregnant, looking sideways at the moon.. anything can make your period change or skip, or do weird things.

Go have blood work done if you really think you're pregnant, that will answer your questions once and for all.
